Mosdorfer CCL Systems Limited is pleased to announce the acquisition of a controlling interest in MR Power Company Limited of Bangkok, Thailand
This exciting new addition to the Mosdorfer family provides the Knill Energy Group with:
• A Helical manufacturing facility
• Increased capacity for Hardware and Conductor fitting production
• An area sales office for South East Asia
• Sourcing and logistics support within Thailand and South East Asia
This acquisition supports the strategic objectives and growth plans of the Knill Energy Group and adds considerable value to the OT (Overhead Transmission) and DSA (Distribution System Accessories) business units.
We are pleased to announce that Mr. Choomphol Sethi will continue in his role as Managing Director along with the existing MR Power Co. Ltd management team.
MR Power Co. Ltd will retain its present name for the calendar year 2007 for tax and legal purposes but from January 2008 the company will be known as Mosdorfer MRP Company Limited.
